My name is Mayra Ines Alvarez and I founded  HRLingual after years of working in organizations where I saw firsthand how much more effective and human-centered HR departments could be. Too often, I witnessed HR teams focused solely on policies, compliance, and routine tasks—missing the heart of what HR is really about: people.

Throughout my career, I’ve understood what organizations truly need—people who care about the humans behind the roles, and leaders who want to build trust, communication, and collaboration within teams. I’ve also seen how HR can become disconnected, perceived as the “police” of the company rather than a partner in growth. I knew that needed to change.

That’s why I created HRLingual—to help organizations build people departments that are not only compliant and effective, but also trusted, transparent, and aligned with the business. I believe HR should speak the language of both people and performance. My mission is to support companies in creating people-first cultures where HR is a strategic ally—not just a policy enforcer.
